ARTICHOKE WITH LEMON RICOTTA with DHANIA ✽

We have a very easy and popular appetizer recipe that our guests love! The recipe does not require you to spend hours in the kitchen preparing fresh artichokes - it simply utilizes canned artichoke hearts that you can buy from the store. Sounds crazy, right?

Ingredients: 

  • 1x can of artichoke hearts (*in olive oil)
  • 50 grams of Ricotta
  • Lemon Zest
  • Olive Oil
  • Maldon Salt
  • DHANIA Liquid Activated Spice

 

Steps: 

  • Simply whip up some ricotta with olive oil, lemon zest, and a pinch of Maldon salt. 
  • Then, plate the creamy ricotta on a beautiful dish and top it off with artichoke hearts. 
  • Finish it off with 5-10 drops of DHANIA Liquid Activated Spice and voila! You're ready to serve! 

Pro tip: Toast up some fresh sourdough bread to go with it - it's the perfect match!
