MUSHROOM BREAKFAST TOAST with PIROS 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊
This breakfast is truly indulgent. If you have fresh sourdough even better (if your loaf of sourdough isn't the freshest, drizzle some olive oil and toast it gently in the oven!) We paired this toast with PIROS Liquid Activated Spices as this blend is perfect with eggs!
Ingredients:
- Fresh sourdough bread
- 2x tablespoons of Ghee or Olive Oil
- A handful of mixed-mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Maldon Salt
- PIROS Liquid Activated Spice
Steps:
- Wow, this breakfast is absolutely delicious! If you happen to have some fresh sourdough bread, it's even better. But don't worry if your bread isn't super fresh, just drizzle some olive oil and toast it gently in the oven. That should do the trick!
- On medium-high heat warm up your ghee or olive oil. Add thinly chopped mixed-mushrooms and sizzle for a couple mins until cooked through.
- Add you mushrooms to your sourdough toast. If you want you can also gently butter your toast before adding the mushies!
- Fry your egg on medium-high heat with either ghee or olive oil.
- Assemble your fried egg on top, add a dash of Maldon salt and a couple drops 5-10 of PIROS Liquid Activated Spice to finish!
- If you have some fresh herbs like coriander, chop them and add them too!
